I am a girl on budget with no formal training in fashion but I am ever ready to experiment new ideas while not burning a whole in my pocket.  I like to dress classy to work and crazy to party while I always struggle with those pointed high heels( Need them .....I am just 5'4"). I have a wardrobe full of clothes yet struggle everyday to decide what to wear.
